The "Innovation & Entrepreneurship at TUC 2016" Event aims to attract academic scholars, professionals, alumni with successful entrepreneurial record, students and individuals who are engaged in various aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship.

This international event, hosted by the Technical University of Crete, will provide an excellent opportunity for discussion, exchange of ideas, share of views, collaboration and networking on a broad range of relevant areas associated to recent trends in innovation and entrepreneurship. Top notch speakers will provide their insight, provide information and share experiences regarding how to seed, grow and capitalize your idea that may change the world.

The agenda focuses on the following topics:

  • Building an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Chania
  • Technology and Innovation Management at TUC  
  • Τransforming ideas to tangible products  
  • Paradigm Shifts, Driving Trends 

This event will also include a Startup Pitching session and ceremony to deliver the Innovation & Entrepreneurship TUC Prize 2016.

Distinguished keynote speaker for the I&E at TUC 2016 event is Mrs. Irit Ben-Abba, Ambassador of Israel to Greece.
