71d2da3aceeb6605b98897d70839d1\nIn t
his interactive lecture/workshop, pa
rticipants will learn the principles
of the Lean Startup Approach and th
e importance of the Minimum Viable P
roduct (MVP) for successful, iterati
ve product development. The Lean Sta
rtup method transforms how new produ
cts or services are created by empha
sizing rapid experimentation, custom
er feedback, and continuous adaptati
on. We begin with an introduction to
the fundamental concepts of Lean St
artup, the Build-Measure-Learn cycle
, and Validated Learning. We will th
en explore different types of MVPs –
from landing pages and concierge te
sts to Wizard-of-Oz approaches – and
 analyze real-world examples like Dr
opbox and Airbnb.\n A key focus will
 be on practical implementation: par
ticipants will work in groups to dev
elop their own MVP for a fictional b
usiness idea and receive direct feed
back. Additionally, we will discuss
success metrics and KPIs for MVPs to
understand how product ideas can be
 improved using data-driven insights
. Through interactive discussions, w
e will reflect on challenges and com
mon mistakes when applying the Lean
Startup approach. The goal is to equ
ip participants with the tools neede
d to systematically test and validat
e innovative ideas with minimal risk
.\n About Deep Dive I&E\n This o
nline course provides practical know
ledge and hands on experience for a
deeper understanding in materializin
g an innovative idea in the entrepre
neurial world. Starting from a desig
n challenge, you will be introduced
and follow the steps required to end
up with a prototype that covers exi
sting needs. With your active partic
ipation in the lectures, workshops a
nd coaching sessions with I&E ex
perts, you will build and present a
pitch deck and learn from fellow par
ticipants through peer review evalua
tion of projects. A contest at the e
nd of the course will award the best
pitch and best prototype (i.e., sus
tainable neighbourhood bench).\n The
course is open to participants from
 all levels of Academia (Professors,
 Students and Staff), Industry, Gove
rnment and the public sector.\n Spri
