which will take place at the Amphitheater "Manousos Manousakis" of the Technical University of Crete, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, 13:00-16:00.

The exhibition is organized by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) and the Chinese Embassy in Greece.

The Vitality of China's Architectural and Cultural Heritage

Exhibition Introduction

The exhibition mainly displays three groups of cases, the architectural model exhibition of " The Beauty of Ancient Chinese Architecture Across Time", the photo exhibition of "One City: A City on the Yangtze River in Wuhan", and the video exhibition of "Songyang Story and Rural Changes", which will help the audience to understand the rich heritage of ancient Chinese architecture, the innovative development of modern architecture, and the different development models in urban and rural areas.

Visitors will not only appreciate the details of the buildings and explore the beauty of ancient architecture through the well-known models such as the Yellow Crane Tower, Chinese Pavilion, etc., but also experience the assembly of architectural models and printing ancient China’s tiles on site.

Scholars in Chinese architecture will be invited to introduce the history, development, characteristics and future trends of Chinese architecture. Visitors will have a deeper understanding of the cultural connotation and value of Chinese architecture.
