The FSTUC Racing Team from the Technical University of Crete is competing at the Formula Student Austria 2026 event, taking place from July 26 to July 30 at the iconic Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria.
Representing both the Technical University of Crete and Greece, the team is competing with Selene, its new Formula Student race car and the fourth vehicle designed and built by the team and features significant technological upgrades, innovative design solutions, and performance optimizations, reflecting the team's continuous dedication and the extensive effort invested by the members of FSTUC Racing Team throughout the development process.
During the competition, the team will face some of the world's leading university Formula Student teams, aiming to achieve another distinction in one of the most prestigious Formula Student events.
FSTUC (Formula Students Technical University of Crete) was founded in 2020 by students of the Technical University of Crete with the shared vision of designing and building a high-performance Formula Student race car to compete in international Formula Student competitions. In 2022, the team officially became a recognized student organization within the Technical University of Crete, further strengthening its foundation and supporting its continued growth.
