New distinctions have been awarded to professors of the Technical University of Crete, according to the latest editions of the Research.com academic platform rankings for the best researchers and universities in the world by scientific field.

The ranking is based on data collected from various sources, including OpenAlex and CrossRef. Placement in the ranking is determined by the D-index (Discipline H-index), which takes into account only publications and citation data within a specific scientific discipline.

The overall ranking of the Technical University of Crete in Greece by scientific field, according to the latest Research.com rankings, is:
