The 17th Conference of Electrical and Computer Engineering Students (SFHMMY 17) was successfully held at the Technical University of Crete from April 17 to 19.
As the largest student conference in the field in Greece, this year's event brought together students, academics, and professionals from across the country, who traveled to Chania to participate in a three-day program filled with knowledge, innovation, networking, and entertainment.
During the conference, participants had the opportunity to attend:
- 17 lectures delivered by professors from universities across Greece
- Presentations and workshops by student teams and companies
- Student research paper presentations
The conference also featured preSFHMMY, a hackathon-style competition, as well as additional contests, custom board games, a photobooth, and, of course, valuable networking opportunities among participants.
At the same time, through the Career@SFHMMY initiative, attendees had the opportunity to connect with companies in the industry through presentations, corporate booths, and interviews, submit their résumés, and explore career opportunities.
