The Reserve Collection is located behind the Circulation Desk of the D1 Library building. It provides easy and continuous access to material that students frequently use for their courses. The collection includes books (which normally belong to the Main Collection), conference proceedings, instructor notes and legislation related to administrative and educational subjects. It also includes material in digital form (Cd-Roms). In the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is indicated as 'Reserve Collection'.
Course instructors, who wish to include books in the Reserve Collection, should contact the library staff and fill in the appropriate application form, at least two weeks before announcing the suggested bibliography to their students.
The print and digital material of the Reserve Collection is “No-loan material”. Users may make use of it within the library study areas or make photocopies, according to the Law of Rights of Intellectual Property Rights.
For more information on the Reserve Collection ask a member of the library staff at the Circulation Desk.
