Unpleasant Behavior Reporting Form

In this form you can inform us about any unpleasant behavior, violence, or harassment that you may encounter in your daily life within the Polytechnic Community, whether it concerns relationships with colleagues, fellow students, faculty members, academic staff, or administrative staff. The form does not store any of your personal data (e.g., full name, email, IP address), and your report may be submitted either anonymously or with your name. We emphasize that, in all cases, absolute confidentiality will be maintained, and your complaint will be examined only by a very small group of experts.
