Students wishing to apply to the Technical University of Crete for their Erasmus+ studies will have to be sure that their Institution has signed an Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement with TUC [Please check here].
Before submitting their application, incoming students must be nominated by their Home University, by e-mail at erasmus@tuc.gr.
Incoming students have to respect the deadlines for submitting applications, which are as follows:
June 15th, both for the winter semester and the whole academic year
November 15th, for the spring semester.
Should an extension be required, students must notify our Erasmus+ office.
To apply, they need to fill in the Google Form below (application) and upload all the required documents. Once they have submitted it, they are advised to save it and send it to TUC ERASMUS+ Office to erasmus@tuc.gr to confirm it has been received:

Online Learning Agreement (obligatory) - You may only send a pdf form of the Learning Agreement (signed and stamped by the students and their Home Institution) in case your university cannot exchange on Erasmus Withour Paper Dashboard.
Official Transcript of Records (in English only) by your home university
Official Certificate of English language competence level at B2
Photo with the following dimensions: at least 240 x 240 px /photo type must be: .jpg, .jpeg, .png / the size of the photo must not exceed 1MB / The photo should be recent, in color, on a neutral background and clearly show only the face of the eligible student.) IF THE SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT MET, THE APPLICATION WILL BE DECLINED

[EU students] European Health Insurance Card, valid for the duration of their stay - pdf file
[Non EU students] Private Health Insurance Contract, valid for the duration of their stay - pdf file in English
ATTENTION! ALL UPLOADED FILES MUST BE NAMED e.g. “SMITH ID” or “SMITH European Health Insurance Card” or “SMITH Certificate of English”
Students are required to select courses for 30 ECTS in one semester and 60 ECTS in a full academic year.
