Participation Information-Registration Form

All researchers wishing to participate to the conference must send the registration form and the registration fees payment until 13/3/2009 at the offices of the Greek Statistical Institute. After this deadline, registration fees will be increased according to the following table:

Registration fees cover the participation to the conference, one volume of conference proceedings, snacks and refreshments served between the conference presentations and participation to the conference social events (excursion and conference dinner).

Registration fees can be sent by the following ways:

► Directly posted at the Greek Statistical Institute offices using a cheque issued at the name of the Greek Statistical Institute (ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟ ΣΤΑΤΙΣΤΙΚΟ ΙΝΣΤΙΤΟΥΤΟ)

► Deposited at the account of the National Greek Bank with number 116-48005590

► Directly paid during the conference (including the penalty).

Abstracts for the oral or poster presentations must be sent until 13th of March 2009 (at the GSI offices or using email) according to the following specifications:

1. Maximum length of one (1) page.

2. Written in an A4 page format with text space equal to 14cm x 22 cm (width x length).

3. The title of the paper/presentation should be noted first (centred with bold small letters) followed by the name of the Authors (centred with small letters) including affiliation and electronic address (emails). Finally the abstract must be written with two lines space from the above details.

Presentations submitted after the deadline of 13th March 2009 will be not included in the conference program and the volume of abstracts. Papers that meet the GSI standards will be included in the conference proceedings which will be published at 2009. Papers must be of 8 pages maximum length and submitted not later than 15/6/2009.
